Round System Lite

About it

A free round system: intermission, map vote, Survive and Race rounds, rewards, spectate.

What you get

• The full loop: Waiting for players, Intermission, a 3-map vote, the round, Results, and back. Phase and timer on the screen and on a board in the lobby.
• Map vote with cards for phones and PC, live vote counts, one vote per player that can change, and a random pick on ties.
• Two round modes. Survive: last ones standing win, and with two or more players the round ends early when one is left. Race: everyone who reaches the Goal before the timer ends wins.
• Winners get Coins and a Win, everyone who played gets Coins. Coins and Wins save with retries, and a failed load never overwrites a real save.
• Spectate: players who are out can watch the players who are still in.
• Map hazards you can reuse in your own maps: kill parts, falling tiles and shrinking rings.
• A demo place with a lobby and three small maps built from parts: Tumble Tiles, Shrinking Isle and Summit Sprint. Future lighting.
• Short, commented code and one Config module that checks itself at start.

Set it up

1. Open RoundSystemLite.rbxlx in Roblox Studio and press Play.
2. The intermission runs for 15 seconds, then the map vote opens. Tap a card to vote.
3. You move onto the winning map. Survive: stay alive until the timer ends. Race: reach the Goal.
4. Publish the place, then turn on Game Settings > Security > Enable Studio Access to API Services so Coins and Wins save.
5. Times, rewards and maps are in Config. README.md shows how to add your own maps.
