About it

Global top 100 boards that stay inside Roblox's DataStore limits, with weekly and daily resets.

What you get

• OrderedDataStore boards shared by every server. Each board is all time, weekly (resets Monday 00:00 UTC) or daily.
• Three board modes: latest score, best score ever (or lowest, for times) and scores that add up.
• Top 100 in an on-screen panel with one tab per board, avatars, gold, silver and bronze ranks, and your own rank pinned at the bottom.
• Part-built boards in the world that update every minute and count down to the next update.
• Feeds itself from any leaderstats value or from minutes played. A small API (SetScore, AddScore, GetTop, GetRank, Updated) covers everything else.
• Paced for Roblox's limits: boards take turns reading, failed reads wait longer each time, scores write only when they change and never twice in 6 seconds on one key.
• Mobile ready: safe-area aware panel, 44 px buttons, fits a phone screen.
• Demo plaza with three boards, a trophy, coin pads and saving, Future lighting and post effects.

Set it up

1. Open GlobalLeaderboards.rbxlx in Roblox Studio and press Play.
2. Walk onto the coin pads near the spawn. Coins count on the Richest and Weekly boards.
3. Press the Leaderboards button on the left (or L on a keyboard) to open the panel.
4. Publish the place, then turn on Game Settings > Security > Enable Studio Access to API Services to see real scores in Studio.
5. Point each board at a leaderstats value in Config, or feed it with SetScore and AddScore. README.md shows how to move it into your own game.
