Edo Castle Town Spawn

About this pack

A Japanese castle town spawn on a floating island. Players spawn in a stone market square with a well and eight shop stalls. A five storey castle keep stands at the end of the main street, a river with a bridge runs through town, and timber houses with dark tile roofs, two halls, a shrine with a torii gate and a koi pond fill the streets inside a walled ring. Every building has a real inside you can walk.

What you get

• One floating island, 189 x 202 blocks, with terraces, hills, cherry, oak and spruce trees and a rocky underside.
• Spawn market square with a well, 6 market stalls round it and 2 vendor stalls (fish and fruit) for shop NPCs.
• Castle keep: a square tower with tiered tile roofs on every storey, 5 walkable floors joined by stairs.
• Town wall with gate towers where the streets leave town.
• River with a stone bridge, and a koi pond with swimming fish (data pack).
• Shrine with an altar, and a torii gate on the path up to it.
• 2 halls and 24 houses and cottages with furnished rooms: white walls, dark oak frames, deepslate tile roofs.
• Graded streets with lamps, gardens, flowers and bushes between the houses.
• Coordinates.txt: spawn, every shop spot, both halls, the shrine, the bridge and every keep floor.
• Optional vanilla data pack: koi swimming in the pond and swaying lanterns.
• Walk tested: every floor, room and stair top is reachable from spawn on foot, stairs lead level onto each floor and nothing floats.
